Since 2022, CT20 has been shifting its focus to more community-based hyperlocal project that actively engage residents and those within specific communities. From oral histories to documentaries to direct interventions, this series of projects aims to connect people in new ways and provide deeper understandings. New projects to be released in 2024.

CT20 director Nina Shen has been welcomed by the Aylesham Carnival Committee to make a documentary film about the experiences and journeys of self-empowerment lived by the Princesses from the Court of Aylesham’s Carnival. Watch this space!

CT20 IS RECRUITING FOR A MULTISKILLING CREATIVE ARTS PRODUCER
Fee range: PT £12,960 – £14,400 (depending on experience) for 15 hours per week in a flexible working environment – 12 months part-time fixed-term [equivalent to £35,100 – £39,000 pro-rata], plus legitimate expenses, with the possibility of contract extensions.
Contract period: April 2025 – March 2026
We are looking for a PART-TIME multiskilling creative arts producer to join our dynamic creative team in 2025/26 to support an inspiration year of public-engagin cultural activities, including hyper-local and internatnional audio-visual productions in Folkestone (Kent) and across multiple online platforms.

WE ARE RECRUITING BOARD MEMBERS
CT20 Projects is an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation and we are looking to grow our new non-executive Oversight & Advisory Board by appointing a new permanent CHAIR as well as general BOARD members, who can play a key role in our organisation’s governance.
We are looking for people from all backgrounds who are passionate about the arts and its potential to change people’s lives to join our board. You will be instrumental in the development of our ambition, vision and policies and play an active role in shaping the future development of this ambitious and dynamic organisation.
The board convenes 4 times a year and this voluntary advisory role will probably take up to half a day of your time (max), once every 3 months, but you will be learning about the UK arts industry and be on an exciting journey with us!
